No Woman’s Land – Flato Markham Theatre – Mar 8th – 8pm
Haunting images, empowering narrative and breathtaking movement by an electrifying ensemble lay bare the plight and resistance of women in refugee camps. Nominated for five Dora Awards including Best Original Production, and with a sold-out run in Toronto, No Woman’s Land is a dance theatre work based on real stories that beautifully reveals the depths ofhuman resilience in the face of adversity. Pefferlaw Creek Farms 2023 Maple Weekends – Uxbridge – from Mar 4th
Visit our sugar bush and soak in the sights, sounds, and sweet smells of our beautiful farm!
Our operation will be in full boil. Come for a tapping tour, a sugar shack tour, hiking, and delicious pancakes.
NEW THIS YEAR: We will have a station running an old time evaporator, showing how we made maple syrup when we were kids! Buckets and wood evaporator. This will have an interactive component where people can help in the process.
Booking ahead is not required.
Admission includes tours of the sugar shack and forest, access to all facilities, and a maple taffy!
Pancake breakfast/lunch:
