SpringFest TO – March 12th – 20th – Markham Fairgrounds

SpringFest offers Greater Toronto families an indoor fun park with the latest in children’s entertainment, games and activities. We are thrilled to be back for our 17th year of quality family entertainment at the Markham Fairgrounds.

March Breakout to the Hockey Hall of Fame – March 12th-20th

Wonders of Winterland – Mar 12th – 4.30pm

This family-friendly show is filled with winter wonders from a Storm Queen and Ice Prince and so much more. Performers will soar through the air on Northern Lights and wow guests with sparkle, fun and of course magic! Circus performers will excite and delight people of all ages during this magical show featuring the Artists’ Play Youth Performance Company and professional dancers and circus artists.
Be prepared to be playful, awe-inspired and entertained!

March Break at Treewalk Village – March 14th-18th

Treewalk Village in Stouffville will now be staying open through winter 2021/22!
Reservations are required
Climb from tree house to tree house through 8 ft tall hammocks, nets, and wood bridges! Descend to the ground on slides, play on their Treewee obstacle courses and other forest games!
This is a 2 h activity, and although it is open to all ages, it is ideal for ages 3-7.
Spaces are very limited and the parks are booking full on most days so be sure to reserve ahead of time.

Lace Up with the Museum! March Break Camp – March 14th-18th

Using the Whitchurch-Stouffville Museum’s featured exhibition, ‘Lace Up! March Break at Ontario Science Centre – March 12th-20th

Discover the fascinating world of forensic science with OSC’s virtual March Break program, Junior Scientists: Forensic Fun. Explore DNA extraction, fingerprint identification, handwriting analysis and more during four exciting sessions.
This virtual programme consists of four 90-min sessions, one per day, broadcast live on Mar 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th at 9am. Each session includes a live demo, at-home lab activity and craft to try at home.

Geocaching Adventure – A beginners hands on workshop at Owls Hollow – Mar 12th 10.30am

This workshop will introduce you to Geocaching in a beautiful outdoor setting at the Owl’s Hollow just north of Stouffville. All equipment provided. A great way to spend time with your family in a fun safe outdoor setting. Register by 10th March
The session will start with an introduction to geocaching, followed by an orientation to the GPS unit. After one practice geocache as a group, we’ll review important geocaching etiquette, helpful hints, safety considerations, and set the participants loose on the course in groups with a GPS unit. Participants could hunt for 1, 2, 3, or more hidden caches ranging in size (from micro to large) and difficulty level. Caches include trading items for all participants.
