Guided Forest Therapy – Dec 5th – 1pm
There are now 40 + years of research demonstrating the connection between mindful time spent in nature and stress reduction, increased attention span, better immune system function, and, simply put, happiness! Join the TRCA in getting outside in a mindful way during this professionally guided Forest Therapy walk at the Claremont Nature Centre. We will go slowly through the forest, engaging our senses and taking part in invitations to interact with the space. We will have room to share our experiences with each other and connect with nature (and ourselves!) before ending the walk with a tea ceremony.
